SFX Pad does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. It accesses only the sound folders selected by the user and stores plugin settings locally on the device.

A valid purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SFX Pad on devices authorized for that purchaser. Redistribution, resale, transfer, lending, sharing, sublicensing, or unauthorized copying of the plugin or included files is prohibited, whether paid or unpaid. Backup copies may be made only for the purchaser’s own use. Users are responsible for securing all necessary rights to sound files used with the plugin. The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Features, compatibility, support, and update policies may change in future versions.
